Guidance for spiritual strength!
Continuous patterns of an enlightened environment of the human realm inspire the inner self to bring awareness to the surface and protect the heart and mind . The healer within takes care to not impose anything on the mind, or to tax it; as when we heal there should be no effort to control and no attempt to be peaceful. We must not be overly solemn that we are taking part in a process, we must let go even of the idea that we are healing. We must let our breath guide us to the heart, let the healing infiltrate into every pore and cell of the physical and spiritual consciousness, and remain in this universe of love forever. Healing hugs of a tranquil light. Love from all the people of this universe.
