Meditation- The Supreme supportive self.
The colour of your aura is pink and green today and you are in the centre of your awakening awareness of love and joy. It is this energy that comes from sharing and caring. It is in this time that the colours are illuminating the love centre of your body, your aura and your consciousness. You are balanced in the feminine and the masculine energies, the Yin and Yang energies are in perfect harmony giving you the energy to resonate in complete love and light with the universe. Your heart is open to receive the complete love and light energies and you begin to live well. It is in the process, in the now, that you are letting go of all pain. Feel light and open as the healing energies rush in to replenish all the places where you feel the need for more love. Affirm the following affirmations, three times each.
1) “I am open to giving and receiving love from each and every soul that comes into my life.”
2) “I am a creative source and I love unconditionally.”
3) “I forgive myself and others willingly and confidently in the now.”
4) “Love is my truth and I live in opulence and deserve and receive the best.”
5) “I am grateful for the blessings as I embody inner peace forever.”
Begin to bring the light of the blessings into all your chakras and bodies and affirm that you are filled with the light. Healing hugs of radiance. Love from the heart of the source of radiance.
