Meditation.-The creative force of the Ego Self.
Your reproductive organs carry the genes and the original blue print of the recorded history of your mother’s mother and your father’s father, and all those relatives before them. The traumas they carried, the pain, the sorrow, the heartache, the tragedy along with the feelings, emotions, ideas, achievements and celebrations of good fortune. It is advisable today to reflect on your ancestors and the stories of their life, (known and unknown)and know that Divvya and I are sending healing vibrations of great magnitude for cutting negative karma and healing all frontiers. The fire centre of your inner self awakens in the kundalini chakra and becomes a spiritual path to healing in the spinal column. See your spine tingling with orange /gold/ silver light. Let this light flow where it wants to. See a black energy of deep cleansing rise from the soles of your feet, moving along your legs,and then it enters your navel centre. Here the light transforms into brilliant white light and also moves up along the spinal column. This core centre of light in the spine is spreading the energies in your aura. See the light flowing up and down. Bring your attention to the root of your being at the base of your spine. See a red dot of light beginning to glow and spin. Allow this red dot of light to grow and surround you completely. Know that you are safe, secure, surrounded by a beautiful golden hued light of deep comfort and safety. Remain in this light and know all is healed. Healing hugs of complete freedom. Love from the universe of all spiritually blessed ancestors.
