Invite yourself to simply be aware or redirect your attention to the light of love in your heart. Just be aware of the breath and the body of strength and healing and align your emotions and your consciousness with confidence to this light. Dive deep into the lake of your heart and swim to find what you need the most and also what you need to heal the most. Know that all this healing happens spontaneously. Regardless of what you are feeling, maybe conjecturing on small grievances or large injustices, know that the light of the lake of your heart is listening and healing, you and the situation and all the others. You are being empowered to make the most meaningful decisions for your future life and your success. Investigate the nature of your life and your desires and know that you are being empowered to rediscover yourself. Self awareness is your seat of power today, take the knowledge and heal on.
