Meditation.
Begin this meditation by observing the impermanence of your breath. Affirm that this meditation will heal and bring greater peace and love into your heart. See the heart unleash more love into your world with every breath you take. Connect to your breath with an awareness of a presence of white light entering your nostrils. See this light glowing and flowing from your lungs into your navel centre and beginning to grow into a ball of white light at the centre of your body. Touch your thighs with your hands and see the light shining and expanding further out and soon you see that you are a tiny dot in the centre of this ball of light. Your universe is filled with the joy of healing and blessings coming with the light. Wish for everything that you desire and you can think of. Know that the light networks are extremely linked and will take your desires to the right source to be fulfilled in the now. Stay with this light of breath and breathing. Thank the ball of light for healing you. Healing hugs of deeper connection. Love from the ocean of light and brilliant faith.
