Ashok K Pandey figures in Forbes India list of Top 100 Great People Managers

Forbes India in collaboration with Great Manager Institute underwent rigorous process to identify 100 extraordinary leaders of lndia, who excel in nuances of business as well as team leadership.

New Delhi: Dr Ashok K Pandey, Director, Ahlcon Group of Schools has been chosen as one of the country’s Best People Managers of 2020, by Forbes India in collaboration with Great Manager Institute.

Forbes India today released a list of Top 100 Great People Managers featuring 83 men and 17 women, with each of them having an accomplished career and proven track record of an exceptional public service.

Dr Pandey is a rare educationist to find place in the coveted list of Forbes India. An academician par excellence, he already has many awards and honours in his kitty. He is also a recipient of National Teachers Award.

Dr. Ashok Pandey is the director of the CBSE-affiliated Ahlcon Public School (estb.1998) and Ahlcon International School (2001) in the national capital with an aggregate enrolment of 5,500 students and 320 teachers.

Dr Pandey is credited for infusing fresh energy in the Ahlcon Group of schools and for also taking it a greater heights. He is a well-renowned K-12 education leader with over 37 years experience.

He has served as Chairperson of the National Progressive Schools’ Conference (NPSC) and has been a #TeachSDGs ambassador.

In the coveted list of 100 Great People Managers, there are 7 founders, 26 CXOs and 38 senior managers while the rest comprise middle and junior managers. They represent 65 companies of which 34 have made it to the list of the top 55 companies.
