CBSE starts sending out Class 12 Term 1 result 2021 to schools

Many made a humble request to the Board for Class 12 term 1 results while others took it to task for apparent delay and in turn increasing their stress levels.

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has come out with Term 1 Class 12 results and has also started handing it out to schools.

According to CBSE spokesperson Rama Sharma, “the CBSE has started sending performance of class XII students to schools. Students can contact their respective schools.”

#Reportedly, many schools have received the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 results in their login IDs. Similar delay was experienced during class 10 term 1 result.

#Notably CBSE Class 12 results won’t be declared online. However, if they are released online, the students have to check through cbseresults.nic.in, results.gov.in, digilocker.gov.in.

#The central board has sent across theory marks for Term-1 to schools which can be accessed through principals and teachers through SHIKSHA login ID.

#Students have been raising agitation on Twitter due to delay in the declaration of Class 12 Term 1 exam results.

#There will be no pass/fail for students appeared for the exam. Only marks based on the Term 1 MCQ-based paper will be given to them.

#According to reports, only scores in the theory papers have been communicated as internal assessment while practical scores were already available with the schools.

This comes hours after Class 12 students took to social media and urged the Board to update them about the results. Many made a humble request to the Board for Class 12 term 1 results while others took it to task for apparent delay and in turn increasing their stress levels.

CBSE has already sent the mark sheets of Class 10 Term 1 examinations to the respective schools.

An email by CBSE read, “Dear Principal, please find enclosed performance of term 1 examination for session 2021-22 of school code for class 12 in attachment.”

The deadly Covid-19 pandemic & associated uncertainties had forced the CBSE to conduct examinations in two forms for the academic year 2021-2022. The first term was held in November – December 2021 while the second will be held from April 26. In term 2 examinations, the students will have appear for both subjective & objective type questions.

Last year, an overall 99.37% students passed the Class 12 examinations. Students are expected to earn a minimum of 33% marks for getting a passing certificate from the board.
