Amitabh Bachchan injured during the shoot of ‘Project K’ in Hyderabad, says “rib cartilage popped broke & muscle tear to the right rib cage”

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan informed that he has been injured during the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Project K’ in Hyderabad.

Big B shared his health update on his blog. The superstar said that currently he is taking rest at his Mumbai home.

“In Hyderabad at shoot for Project K, during an action shot, got injured, rib cartilage popped broke & muscle tear to the right rib cage. Cancelled shoot, did doctor consult & scan by CT at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad & flown back home,” posts Amitabh Bachchan.

About Project K

‘Project K’ is being directed by Nag Ashwin. The film also stars  Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. While Deepika and Amitabh Bachchan have collaborated previously, this marks Prabhas’s first film with Deepika and Bachchan.

According to reports, Project K is expected to hit theatres in 2023.
