Annu Kapoor along with the team ‘Hamare Baarah’ faces death threats, meets Maharastra CM Eknath Shinde for protection

New Delhi: Annu Kapoor and Manoj Joshi recently came up with their much-awaited movie titled Hamare Baarah & started receiving death threats over the same.

The actor also met with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde concerning the matter & spoke with him about the death threats the entire team of ‘Hamare Baarah’ has been receiving lately.

“The director of our film Kamal Chandra along with the team of the film are getting death threats. People who have been threatening us have said that they will sever the head of Kamal Chandra,” said Annu Kapoor, as per the report of News 18.

The teaser of the movie was released a few days back. The teaser’s thought-provoking message was widely acclaimed. The movie unfolds the harsh reality of the cause of population in Uttar Pradesh and highlights the struggle faced by women. The movie’s controversial themes and depiction of Uttar Pradesh have triggered protests and calls for boycotts.
