New Delhi: Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah opened up about receiving hate messages for discussing sex, pregnancy and drugs with her parents in videos.
Aaliyah Kashyap runs a YouTube channel with over 63k subscribers.
Aaliyah made a video on premarital sex, peer pressure, pregnancies, and a lot more with her father.
She said people commented on her video, “How can I talk to your parents about such things?” Aaliyah’s shares several videos on the YouTube channel, discussing gender, teenage pregnancy, and drugs with her parents Anurag Kashyap and her mother Aarti Bajaj. Both Anurag and Aarti are from the film industry.
‘Asking my dad awkward questions!’
In the video titled ‘Asking my dad awkward questions!’, Anurag Kashyap shared his views on premarital sex, sleepovers with boyfriends, whether he liked Aaliyah’s boyfriend and would he “accept” if she got pregnant.
When asked about his daughter’s boyfriend, Anurag responded that he likes Shane. “I like your choice in friends and your choice in boys. Shane is very good. He is very spiritual, very calm, he has a lot of qualities that men of 40 don’t have, in terms of being there in difficult situations,” he said. Aaliyah recently ringed in their one year dating anniversary with a super cute video montage.
She is currently in Mumbai with her boyfriend Shane Gregoire to spend time with her family.
