New Delhi: Actor Hrithik Roshan wished a happy birthday to Telugu star Jr NTR. Not only he wished him in Telugu, but Hrithik also dropped a hint which confirms Jr NTR as his co-star in ‘War 2’. The two were reportedly part of ‘War 2’ and Hrithik’s tweet has confirmed the news as he asks his co-star to meet him on the ‘battlefield’.
Taking to Twitter, Hrithik wished Jr NTR a joyous day and an action-packed year. Wishing him happiness and peace, Hrithik wrote that he is waiting for him on the ‘yuddhabhumi’ (battlefield). He ended the note with, “Puttina Roju Subhakankshalu Mitrama,” which means Happy Birthday friend in Telugu.

Fans were elated by the fact that Hrithik wished Jr NTR and the ‘War 2’ hint was an added joy.
Directed by Ayan Mukherji, ‘War 2’ is the sequel to the 2019 film ‘War’ starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. The action-thriller backed by Yash Raj Films will follow Hrithik’s Major Kabir Dhaliwal and is likely to be part of the YRF Spy Universe with the ‘Tiger’ and ‘Pathaan’ franchises.
Meanwhile, ‘RRR’ star Jr NTR is celebrating his 40th birthday and is receiving wishes from all across India. He will next be seen in Koratala Siva’s ‘Devara’ opposite Janhvi Kapoor. Makers chose his birthday to drop the title of his 30th film. He also has Prashanth Neel’s ‘NTR31’ in the pipeline.
Hrithik will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’ along with Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. The film is likely to release in January 2024.
