New Delhi: Its Bollywood actor Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan’s wedding to take place today. The Haldi ceremony of the couple was held yesterday in Mumbai. The function was attended by Aamir Khan’s ex wife Kiran Rao, Reena Dutta and other family friends and relatives. The female guests at the ceremony were seen dressed up in traditional Maharashtrian style which is known as ‘Nauvari’. Aamir Khan was also spotted in the town for his daughters wedding.

Aamir to dedicate a song at daughter’s wedding
Aamir Khan’s sister Nikhat Hegde said that the actor will be dedicating a special song to his daughter at her big day in Udaipur. She adds that they have been practising on dhols along with all wedding songs for the wedding day. Talking about the wedding she said that the couple will have a Registered marriage first and then the rest of the celebration will take place in Udaipur.

According to reports the couple will have a Maharashtri9an style wedding followed by two receptions in Delhi and Jaipur. The couple is likely to host a grand reception on January 13th where all the Bollywood celebrities are invited. The wedding will take place at Bandra’s Taj Lands End Hotel in Mumbai. The Jewelry of the bride has been bought from Matunga which is known for its traditional designs and pieces.
