Brahmastra features Ranbir and Alia’s first on-screen kiss, fans react on Twitter

New Delhi: Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra has been in talks for years now. The trailer of ‘Brahmastra- Part 1: Shiva’ was released today. This marks Ranbir and Alia’s first project together.

The on-screen chemistry between Alia and Ranbir can be seen in the trailer itself. Their marriage has added to the excitement among the fans. This film also features the first-ever on-screen kiss between the newlywed couple. Fans are showing their excitement on Twitter.

Apart from Ranbir and Alia, the film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. The film follows the story of Shiva, a boy who falls in love with Isha. But his world changes as he discovers that he has the astra of fire and goes on a journey to discover himself as a divine hero. Brahmastra will be a series of three films featuring ancient Indian astras. The film is a visual treat for the audience with breath-taking VFX.

The film is produced by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures. It will release on September 9, 2022, in five languages, namely, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
