Cruise Ship Raid Case: Court to hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea on Wednesday

On Saturday, raids were being conducted by NCB at the residence and office of film producer Imtiyaz Khatri in the Bandra area of Mumbai.

New Delhi : Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail plea will now be heard on Wednesday, confirmed Advocate Satish Maneshinde. Mumbai’s special sessions court agreed to hear the plea at 11 am on Wednesday, refusing to allow a week’s time to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to file their reply.

“We and the prosecution will make an attempt that the case will go to a logical conclusion. Our case is strong and will present the same in the court”. NCB director Sameer Wankhede said on Monday.

As per the sources, the NCB has continued to investigate on the highly controversial case with an aggressive complexion resulting in as many as 19 arrests being made within a week since October 2.

An NCB team busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on October 2 night.

A total of 19 people, including a Nigerian national, have been arrested in the case related to the seizure of drugs following a raid at a party on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
