Carry on Jatta (1)

In the middle of 2021, the Punjabi film industry had a brief period of success, but subsequent films have mostly underperformed, with the exception ofSaunkanSaunkne in the previous year. Films like Jodi and Maurhhad underperformed despite having some best comedic performers. Punjab’s market has been falling somewhat in recent years because of rising migration to Canada, whereas Canada’s market has been expanding rapidly. Carry on Jatta 3 has opened to massive success in Punjab once again.

The film continues to shatter box office records, and it will be fascinating to watch whether it becomes the first Indian Punjabi film to gross over Rs 100 crore internationally.
