New Delhi: Ayushmann Khurrana is back with the sequel of his successful comedy film ‘Dream Girl’ and the makers released a new teaser featuring ‘bhaijaan’. Makers released a new teaser for ‘Dream Girl 2’ amid the release of Salman Khan’s ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. The teaser shows Pooja, played by Ayushmann flirting with ‘bhaijaan’.
In the new teaser, we hear the voice of ‘bhaijaan’ who complains that he has not married yet as he is waiting for Pooja. ‘Bhaijaan’ also talks about ‘pooja’ on Eid and asks Pooja to show her face. As Pooja is about to reveal her face, there is a power cut and she asks him to wait till July 7.

It is to be noted that in the film, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ Salman Khan’s character is referred to as bhaijaan and the makers used this to promote their film as Salman’s film was released on April 21. Earlier, they released a trailer where Pooja shared a romantic conversation with Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.
‘Dream Girl 2’ follows small-town boy Karam who turns Pooja and has flirtatious telephonic conversations with men to earn a living. Directed by Raaj Shaandilya, the film stars Ananya Panday opposite Ayushmann Khurrana and also features Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Manoj Joshi, Annu Kapoor, Seema Pahwa, Abhishek Banerjee and Manjot Singh, who also starred in the prequel.
The prequel also starred Nushrratt Bharucha and was a box-office success. The film is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures. ‘Dream Girl 2’ will hit the theaters on July 7.
