New Delhi: Making an enthralling comeback on big screens after quite a while, Bollywood’s Greek god Hrithik Roshan finally arrived in the theaters with his much-hyped aerial actioner Fighter in January 2024.
At the Box Office, the movie received a decent start & amassed over Rs 337 crore (global) within its first 21 days in the cinemas. However, considering its whopping Rs 250 budget, the film’s BO performance remained much below the expectations of the makers who were expecting it to be an all-time blockbuster like Shah Rukh Khan’s 2023 flick Pathan.
Nevertheless, with Fighter’s theatrical journey nearing its conclusion, fans are now getting eager to know about its digital streaming dates and platforms & here’s all we know about the same.
Fighter OTT Release Date and Platform

As per the sources, Fighter is all set to release on the OTT Platform Netflix after the end of its theatrical run. While the date of the movie’s digital premiere is yet to be unveiled, it is almost certain that Hrithik Roshan’s latest offering will hit the digital screens on March 21, 2024, giving the audience a spectacular adrenaline-pumping experience from their home’s comfort. However, one will be only able to watch Fighter on Netflix by having a basic subscription to the digital platform’s service.
Fighter Plot
Helmed by Pathan director Siddartha Anand, Fighter’s plot circles a series of events that took place before & after the infamous Pulwama terrorist attack that claimed the lives of 40 CRPF Jawans back in 2019.
It tells the story of Shamsher Pathania who achieves his lifelong dream by becoming an Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot. As he joins a team of Ace IAF aviators who join forces to counter imminent terror threats from a neighboring country, Shamsher must push his limits and face his fears to overcome challenges & become a true hero for his country.

With Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in the shoes of the film’s lead protagonist, Fighter sees an enabled cast of Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi & Sanjeeda Shaikh in key roles. It is bankrolled by two production houses Marflix Pictures and Viacom18 Studios and was released on 25 January 2024.
