Gadar 2: Sunny Deol holds hands with son, runs amid massive gunfire saying ‘Hindustan Zindabad in movie’s latest motion poster

New Delhi: Sunny Deol’s upcoming movie Gadar 2 is one of the most hyped movies of this year.

With the movie’s release date closing in, filmmakers are making sure not to let its buzz die down by continuously dropping exciting promos, songs and posters of the film.

Recently, following the release of the movie’s latest track Khariyat, the production house dropped an intriguing motion poster of the movie that features Sunny Deol in his iconic avatar of Tara Singh.

Besides Sunny, the short clip also features director Anil Sharma’s son Utkarsh Sharma, who will be once again reprising his role of Tara and Sakina’s son from the Gadar: Ek prem Katha in the awaited sequel of the movie.

In the motion poster, Sunny Deol and Utkarsh Sharma can be seen dodging bullets as they run across the Indo-Pakistani border at LOC. By the end of the video, Sunny is heard shouting his evergreen chant “Hindustan Zindabad” which also makes one feel the nostalgic vibes of Gadar’s first part.

Intrestingly, makers also attached  a caption with the poster that says, “Apne desh aur parivaar ki raksha ke liye, har chunauti ka samna karne ke liye taiyaar hai Tara Singh.”

About Gadar 2

Slated for its grand release on 11 August, Gadar 2 is the highly awaited sequel of Anil Sharma’s timeless epic Gadar: Ek prem Katha which was released two decades back in 2001. The second instalment will take place in the city of Lahore in the backdrop of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

Its star-studded cast will see  Sunny Doel, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma reprising their roles from the first movie. The movie’s official trailer is expected to be dropped by the end of this month.
