New Delhi: Nithya Menen is known for her brilliant acting skills and unmatched performance in the South Film Industry. She has effortlessly worked in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films. She has also received many awards for her amazing acting skills. Nithya was born on 8th April in Bengaluru, her family is settled in Karnataka. She did her schooling from Poorna Prajna School and Mount Carmel College Bengaluru. As a child Nithya wanted to become a Pilot but later she started developing an interest in Film making. To pursue her passion she joined an acting school in Pune.

Nithya acted in a French Indian English film named ‘Hanuman’ when she was a child. Nithya knows six languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu. Hindi and English and Malayalam. Nithya was in 12th standard when she was offered a role in a Malayalam film with actor Mohanlal. She received positive response from the audience for her acting.
Nithya made her Telugu film debut in 2011 with the Romantic Comedy ‘Ala Modalaindi’. The film received mixed response from audience. She worked in three Kannada and Telugu films in 2013. She was praised for her performance in these films.
