New Delhi: Even before the release of the full Kesariya song from Brahmastra, fans have already considered it the “Love Anthem” of the year. With the release of the one-minute promo of the song, it went viral and since then people have been requesting the makers of the movie to release the song soon. Well, the wait is finally over as the much-awaited song dropped today at noon.
In a live session today between Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji, the details of the song were spoken about. Taking the significance of the Kashi Vishwanath temple where the shot was taken, Ayan called it the “heart of Varanasi.” Towards the end of the live session, Ranbir Kapoor also joined it. Alia and Ranbir considered Kesariya as ‘their song’ and wanted people to remember them whenever they heard the song. Ranbir also spoke about the versions of Kesariya – from disco to pop.
The song has been sung by Arijit Singh and composed by Pritam. The song is released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
