New Delhi: Bindu Madhavi, the winner of Telugu Bigg Boss OTT season 1 is celebrating her birthday today. The actress is mainly known for her work in Telugu and Tamil cinema. Bindu rose to fame after winning the title of Telugu Bigg Boss Season 1 becoming the first female winner of the show. The South actress hails from Andhra’s Madanapalle. Her father was a Deputy Commissioner in Tax Department. Bindu Madhavi completed her Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology. She had one younger sibling who passed away in 2012.

She wanted to pursue Master’s in Biotechnology and pick a job in the same filed later. The Telugu actress started modelling during her college days and got her first Modelling assignment for Versace in Los Angeles. Bindu always wanted to be a part of the film industry but her family was against her wish. Both her parents didn’t speak to her for months when she shared her dream of becoming an actress.

The Telugu Bigg Boss OTT winner managed to get a photo shoot done from a photographer in Chennai and that’s how she got more television assignments. The South actress got selected by a Telugu director Sekhar Kammula for his film in 2008.
