New Delhi: producer-filmmaker Karan Johar is back in the news, but for a wrong reason. Recently, a Pakistani singer and Politician has accused him of copying his ‘Nach Punjaban’ song from the upcoming movie ‘Jugjugg Jeeyo’.
In the tweet, Abrar Ul Haq said he had not sold his song “Nach Punjaban” to any Indian movie and that producers like Karan Johar got no right to copy his song.
He also said that this is the sixth time his song is getting copied –
I have not sold my song “ Nach Punjaban” to any Indian movie and reserve the rights to go to court to claim damages. Producers like @karanjohar should not use copy songs. This is my 6th song being copied which will not be allowed at all.@DharmaMovies @karanjohar

This is not the first time that Karan Johar has been accused of allegedly copying a song. Earlier, Vishal A Singh, a creative executive producer and Chartared Accountant had accused Karan Johar for using his script in Jug Jugg Jeeyo.
Meanwhile, the movie is all set for theatrical release on 24 June.
