New Delhi: Actor Santhanam is returning to his familiar genre after trying out different types of movies. He is coming back to the big screens with his new horror comedy film ‘DD Returns’ and the film’s trailer was released on the internet today. The 2.5-minute video is filled with fun, thrills, and witty remarks that make fans curious.

DD Returns is Santhanam’s first major release of 2023. It is a unique horror comedy that has been generating a lot of excitement since it was announced in April. The film is directed by debutant S. Prem Anand, who has worked with Santhanam before on the TV show Lollu Sabha.
We see Santhanam and his friends taking part in a high-stakes horror game and the conflicts that arise. The unique story takes place in a French castle. The trailer promises endless entertainment from Santa & Co. The film will release on July 28. DD Returns is directed by Prem Anand and the producer is C Ramesh Kumar of RK Entertainment.
DD Returns has stars like Santhanam, Surabhi, Redin Kingsley, Maran, Dheena, Bipin, Thanga Durai, Deepa, Saidai Sethu, Manasi, Pradeep Rawat, Masoom Shankar, Fesi Vijayan, Motta Rajendran, Munishkanth and others. OTT Release
Zee5 has acquired the movie’s digital rights and the film is expected to be released on the platform in late August.
If everything goes well, Santhanam will have another release this year. Kick, directed by Prashant Raj, is also reportedly ready for release. The actor had two releases in 2022 as well, Gulu Gulu and Agent Kannayiram. So grab your favourite snacks and get ready to watch the masterpiece this July.
