Shehnaaz Gill pays heartfelt tribute to Sidharth Sukhla with ‘Tu Yaheen Hai’ song

New Delhi: Shehnaaz Gill kept herself away from social media since the sudden demise of her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Shukla. However, on Thursday, the Honsla Rakh actress finally broke her silence as she took to Instagram to pay tribute to the late actor.

Shehnaaz shared a poster of the song “Tu Yaheen Hai” in the beloved memory of Sidharth Shukla. The poster shows the duo sharing heart-warming laughter. “Tu Yaheen hai. My heartfelt tribute to Sidharth Shukla. Releasing Tomorrow @12:00 PM,” the text on the poster read. The actress captioned the post, “Tu mera hai aur …………………… @realsidharthshukla #Sidharthshukla.”

This came as a surprise gift to the fans of Shehnaaz and late Sidharth, known as “SidNaaz” following the release of the duo’s last music video “Habit.”

Sidharth Sukhla died at the age of 40 on September 2, following a major heart attack. He and Shehnaaz grew close to each other during their participation in Big Boss, however, they never acknowledged their relationship. The duo made appearances in reality shows like ‘Big Boss OTT’ and ‘Dance Deewane 3’ along with featuring in music videos like ‘Shona Shona’ and ‘Bhula Dunga.’

Several rumours about the lovebirds spread across and one of which was that they both were planning to get married soon. According to reports, they were already engaged and had started preparing for marriage. The duo conveyed their decision to their families and reportedly the families were in touch with the Mumbai hotel for the three-day wedding festivities. The decision was only known to a few people and was kept as a secret.

During the promotions of her recent film ‘Honsla Rakh’, Shehnaaz while remembering Sidharth said, “I was the heroine of Bigg Boss, hero was someone else.”
