New Delhi: It’s time to express congratulations to Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker, who is expecting her first child with her spouse Fahad Ahmad. The pair, who married earlier this year, is expecting a new addition to their family.
Swara rushed to social media on Tuesday (June 6) to share the wonderful news with her fans. The Veere Di Wedding actress extended her appreciation to her fans as she announced the birth of her first child. She described herself as lucky and delighted to have a little munchkin in her life.

The tinsel town diva said that her kid is likely to be born in October. She showed her joy at becoming a mother by referring to her unborn kid as a “October baby.” In the now-viral photo, she can be seen kissing her husband Fahad Ahmad, the state head of the Samajwadi Yuvjan Sabha, the Samajwadi Party’s youth wing.
Swara and Ahmad, who married in February 2023, are overjoyed as they anticipate the arrival of their first child. They revealed her pregnancy four months after their wedding, capturing everyone’s attention on social media.
The soon-to-be parents enjoyed a traditional Indian wedding complete with mehendi and sangeet. During their pre-wedding festivities, they even held a Qawwali night for their loved ones. Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, and Jaya Bachchan were among those who attended their festivities in the National Capital. Swara was most recently seen in Jahaan Chaar Yaar, which released in 2023.
