New Delhi: Trouble is mounting for Elvish Yadav as Youtuber Sagar Thakur has officially filed an FIR against him for allegedly hitting him on the spine with mobile phone. Youtuber Sagar has made serious allegations against Elvish Yadav in his complaint. Sagar Thakur is a Youtuber by the name of ‘Maxten’. He also accused him of punching him on his face and trying to hurt his spine with his mobile phone.

He also added that Elvish Yadav gave him death threats while hitting him with his phone. The video which is doing the rounds in Social Media is allegedly showing Elvish Yadav with his aides walking towards Sagar Thakur. He can be seen slapping and kicking him with hands and punches. This video was posted a day before when Sagar Thakur issued a message in his twitter saying Elvish Yadav threatened to kill him. He wrote “Bhaisaab, jaan se maarne ki dhamki de gaye hain. Main toh akela tha. Elvish bhai saath mein bahut saare bande laaye the. Toh iske main full video subah daaltu hu acche se. Sab dekhna kya hua. Hamare pass bhi recording hai. Main toh theek hu bas yahan (lip) par chot aaye hai. Yeh bhi 8 logo se ladne ke baad aaye hai,”

Youtuber Sagar Thakur also mentioned in his complaint that Elvish asked me to meet him and i thought it will be a normal conversation. When he came to meet me he was with his 10 aides who were drunk and they started hitting me with abuses. The two started fighting when Sagar commented on Elvish meeting with Munawar Faruqui. Elvish was also accused of supplying snake venom in Rave Parties.
