New Delhi: Actor Kartik Aaryan and filmmaker Karan Johar have been experiencing fallout and are known to all. Katrik and Janhvi Kapoor were supposed to star in Karan Johar’s Dostana 2 and the shoot of the film had already begun. However, Kartik was removed from the film ‘due to unprofessional circumstances.’ Since that time, the two have maintained a distance. Besides, Kartik was not invited to KJo’s 50th birthday party. Now, this is the first time Kartik and Karan shared a stage together.
On Thursday, Kartik attended Pinkvilla Style Icon Award in Mumbai along with other Bollywood fames including Karan Johar. A video shared by a paparazzo, Vital Bhayani on the official Instagram, showed Kartik Aaryan sharing the stage with the cast of Dharma Productions’ upcoming movie JugJugg Jeeyo. In the video, Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Ayushmaan Khurrana, and Maniesh Paul among others can also be spotted. Karan joins the group soon and all were seen dancing to ‘Nach Punjaabban’ song. However, Kartik did not even tap his feet along with others.

Netizens also noticed the step-aside of Kartik and soon flooded the comment section. One of the users wrote, “Kartik didn’t even dance to the song,” while another wrote, “Kartik gives zero shits!” The third user gave a Pushpa twist to it saying, “Kartik ko manna padega Stage pe sb dance kar rahe hai lekin. Kartik be like -: mai jhukega nhi Karan k samne.”
Last month Katrik opened up about his and Karan Johar’s Dharma Production fallout when asked if such incidents affect him since he has no background in the film industry, he stated, “I just focus on my work. That’s all I would like to say on this. Look at my (film) line-up (right now).”
In terms of work, Kartik is currently basking in the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Next, he will be seen in Rohit Dhawan’s Shehzada, along with Kriti Sanon. He has also Captain India, Freddy, and Sajid Nadiadwala’s untitled next in the pipeline.
