
New Delhi: A highly awaited drama starring IU and Park Bo Gum is When Life Gives You Tangerines. The captivating storyline and A-list actors have generated a great deal of interest in this drama.
The long-awaited confirmation of the partnership came on January 30 KST. The tranquil setting of Jeju Island serves as the background for the series.
The drama, which was originally called You Have Done Well in the Jeju dialect, has been the subject of continuing discussions since last year. The plot follows the lives of Gwan Sik and Ae Soon, two characters who were born in the 1950s on Jeju Island.

Expected Storyline
According to Netflix, the drama will feature Gwan Sik, whose name means unyielding iron, and Ae Soon, a magnificent rebel.
Every time Ae Soon rebels, she becomes anxious, although she is rebellious all the time. She may have a poor upbringing, but she has an optimistic outlook on life. Despite her inability to attend school, she has a strong desire to become a poet. She is an outspoken character who does not conceal her feelings.
Despite his reserved personality, Gwan Shik is a very hard worker. Even though he’s not very good at romance and has no idea what to do when Ae Soon smiles or tears, he’s a quiet warrior who has loved Ae Soon unconditionally from the beginning and gives her his everything.

Starring ‘Reply 1988’ star Park Bo Gum, and ‘Hotel Del Luna’ star IU, the romantic comedy ‘When Living Gives You Tangerines’ will take a realistic look. Actors Moon So Ri (playing middle-aged Ae Soon) and Park Hae Joon (middle-aged Gwan Sik) will also play significant parts in the drama.
