New Delhi: A video of a dog walker hitting a pet Labrador in the street of Andheri, Mumbai, is going viral on the internet. In the meantime, actor Karan Patel reacted to it through his Instagram story. The actor shared a few pics of the dog walker while slamming him for his brutal behavior with the pet.

Yeh hai Mohabatein fame requested the dog owner to take strict action against the pet walker for mistreating the Labrador. Karan penned, “Just saw this walker hitting this Labrador in the lane opposite Cosmopolitan College in DN Nagar. Please spread the word and help find the owner. The walker’s name is Sukhi and he seems to work for quite a few homes in the area.” He further elaborated that the man should be treated the way he was caught treating the dog.
The actor also asked the viewers to share information about the Labrador Walker. “Anyone with info on this dog walker, please send it to me. Let’s see how he behaves when we put a leash around his neck and drag him on a walk… In no way will cruelty to animals be tolerated. Consequences will be severe and let’s start with this walker” Karan said further.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that such an incident has come to light on social media. Just a few months ago, another similar incident also took place in Bandra in which a female pet walker was captured mistreating a dog. As the video went viral on social media, Bollywood celebrities including Alia Bhatt and Soha Ali Khan reacted to it. “There has to be stronger stricter punishment for people thinking they can just take out their frustrations and crap on to a pet,”the actress remarked.
