New Delhi: After an interview of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was aired on ABP news channel, where the prime accused in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case was seen answering to all the questions from inside a jail. Following this Superintendent of Bathinda Jail ND Negi claimed that the interview was neither recorded in Bathinda jail nor in any prison of Punjab.
He said that gangster Bishnoi is currently confined in the high-security Bathinda Central Jail where strict surveillance was kept over his activities 24×7.
He also said that jammers are installed inside jails so it is not at all possible to record any video from inside jail.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s interview was aired in a special show ‘Operation Durdant’ of ABP News. He also spoke on the gruesome murder of Punjabi singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala and the alleged threat letter sent to actor Salman Khan.
On May 29, 2022, Singer and rapper Sidhu Moosewala, was shot dead by six people in Mansa district.
Canada-based gangster Goldie Brar had claimed responsibility for the murder of Moosewala. Brar, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
