New Delhi: While Amritpal Singh, the chief of pro-Khalinstani outfit ‘Waris Punjab De’ remains on the run, the Punjab Police on Tuesday released a couple of his pictures included bearded & clean-shaven ones.

Releasing his pictures, the Punjab police has also made an appeal to the residents to assist in apprehending the ‘radical preacher’, in whatever form possible.

The clean-shaven pictures of Amritpal is reportedly of the time when he lived in Dubai.

The cops had launched a mega manhunt to nab the pro-Khalistani Amritpal Singh on Saturday but the latter remains elusive & out of bounds for police.

Amritpal was almost apprehended on Jalandhar border as police vehicle confronted him. The cops arrested many of his close aides but Amritpal managed to give a slip to the cops, by running away on a bike.

Fresh pictures of the pro-Khalistani fleeing on a motorcycle has surfaced. While cops kept the chase, he changed his clothes and also picked a pink turban to avoid getting into the eyes of cops. He was seen speeding away on motorbike with about 4-5 of his close aides.

According to police, the Waris Punjab De chief left his Mercedes car & fled to Shahkot area in a Brezz. He changed his clothes at a local gurudwara and then picked motorbike of one of his aides to flee from police.

A CCTV footage has also surfaced in which the fugitive could be seen passing through a Punjab toll plaza. The CCTV footage showed Amritpal sitting in the front seat of car at the toll. The video is said to be of Saturday, when crackdown against him was launched.
