BJP announces 1st list of candidates for Gujarat Elections

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday announced list of candidates for the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will contest election from Ghatlodiya constituency while Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi will fight from Majura seat.

The state is headed for two phased assembly elections and polling is scheduled for Dec 1 for 89 seats & Dec 5 on 93 seats. The results will be announced on December 8.
