New Delhi: After a string of infamous dog-bites report from inside the lift of Greater Noida societies, a shocking video of smoking & drinking inside the lift has surfaced on social media. The police swung into action after the video went viral and apprehended some of these men for outrageous act.
The group of men & their vile act was caught on camera as the CCTV recorded their movements inside the lift. Some of them were also seen brazenly flaunting their ‘smoking style’.
In the video, a group of at least 6-7 men can be seen entering the lift with smoke & drink in their hands. In the 36-second video clip, they can be seen carrying liquor bottles & cigarettes in their hand. The video was shared by a Twitter users & it went viral soon after landing on social media.
The incident pertains to a lift in Ace Society of Greater Noida.

In the video, one man is seen blowing smoke at the CCTV camera while another one tries to escape the prying eyes of camera by titling to one side.
As the video went viral and a couple of netizens condemned the act, the UP police got into action and arrested a businessman & 2 of his associates
Those arrested have been identified as Ankush Singh, Ashish Kaushik and Dilip Singh.
More details are yet to come but the a daily portal quoted Anil Rajput, SHO of Bisrakh police station as saying, “We have arrested three men under Section 151 of CrPc and a challan of Rs 200 has been issued against Ankush for smoking in the lift”.
