CM Rupani inaugurates developmental projects worth Rs 256 crores at Bhavnagar

Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani inaugurated developmental projects in Bhavnagar, which includes a modern flyover, foundation stone for 1332 houses, redevelopment of Gangajaliya pond .

New Delhi: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani inaugurated various developmental works worth Rs.256 crores in Bhavangar digitally. This includes a modern flyover, foundation stone for 1332 houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, redevelopment of Gangajaliya pond and inauguration of Ruva-Anandnagar and Tarasmiya health centre.

During his address, the CM said that the world has taken a note of the work undertaken by Gujarat during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bhavnagar has taken some of the finest measures in order to curb the virus. The support of people and co-operation of officers and administration has ensured one of the highest recovery rates of Gujarat in India. The mortality rate has also decreased.

The state of Gujarat is on the path of constant progress through a transparent, sensitive and welfare-oriented administration. Gujarat has truly emerged as the Ideal Model of Development as envisioned by the Prime Minister.

Minister of State Mrs. Vibhavariben Dave said, “It is for the first time that developmental works more than Rs.255 crores are being inaugurated in Bhavnagar. The Chief Minister has taken more than 1500 decisions in 1400 days at office and the state is on the path of constant progress.”

Mayor Mr. Manhar Mori, Deputy Mayor Mr. Ashok Baariya, and a number of senior officials were present during the event.
