CM Yogi enquires about the well being of a forest guard, Anil Kumar; assures proper medical aid

The CM has been maintaining direct interaction with different sections throughout and in this sequence, Anil Kumar, a forest guard from Lakhimpur who is in home-isolation after testing covid positive, has been immensely moved by CM’s generosity and kindness.

New Delhi: In a sharp contrast to the Chief Ministers of several other states who have been dependent on the Centre and other states for supply of Covid-19 related medicines and have failed to comfort their own citizens amid Covid scare, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is not only taking prompt measures to ensure sufficient availability of medical resources but also has succeeded in maintaining public connectivity and extending courage and emotional support to those in need.

The CM has been maintaining direct interaction with different sections throughout and in this sequence, Anil Kumar, a forest guard from Lakhimpur who is in home-isolation after testing covid positive, has been immensely moved by CM’s generosity and kindness.

Anil Kumar, who has been posted as a Forest Guard in Lakhimpur Kheri had recently tested positive for Covid-19. Furthermore, CM Yogi also advised Anil Kumar to follow the prescribed medication thoroughly and wished for his speedy recovery.

“The fact that CM Yogi Adityanath himself called and asked about my well-being has given me a lot of courage to fight this virus,” added Kumar.

Being a leader who is known for his speedy action and prompt decision making, CM Yogi has also been comforting and reaching out to different sections amid such testing times and has successfully implemented a system of providing proper medical kits to patients in homep isolation.

Regular Tele Consultation with doctors

Anil further informed that before the CM himself enquired about his health, several other doctors had been keeping a check on his condition through phone calls.

“Regular Tele consultation was established and I was asked about my condition, body temperature and SPO2 levels. I was also provided a free medical kit with all the required medicines by the State Health Department and was advised for steam inhalation thrice a day,” explained Kumar.

Besides, he was also provided the immunity-booster ‘Ayush Karha’ at his doorstep by the Ayush Department of Government of Uttar Pradesh.
