Cow smugglers throw cattle from running truck to evade from cow vigilantes in Gurugram

According to information from the police, Gurugoan’s Cyber City, a few country-made pistols and live bullets were also recovered from the smugglers. 

New Delhi: Despite the continued action on illegal cow smuggling in India, cow smugglers are not afraid of action. In the latest viral video, a group of cow smugglers fired at the vigilantes when they tries to stop them on road.

Police chase smugglers 22 kilometres 

It is reported that the cow smugglers were trying to take cows from Delhi to Mewat for slaughtering in a truck. They were stopped by the cow vigilantes while entering Gurugram from the Delhi border. However, they did not stop the vehicle and started running the vehicle at high speed.

The vehicle was stopped after a dramatic 22-kilometre long high-speed chase. The incident reportedly took place on Saturday.

Smugglers throw two cows from running truck

The viral shows cow smugglers also threw off two cows out of seven cows from the truck to evade being chased. Police said the cow are injured.

During the chase, the suspects available in the truck fired at the vigilantes. However, vigilantes fired back at the over-speeding truck. Following this, the police control room was informed. Reportedly, the police also joined the chase.

Due to the firing, the tires of the smugglers got flat.
