New Delhi: A photo of a man who was seen masturbating inside Delhi Metro last month has been released by the Delhi police on the official Twitter account. Now, sharing the picture of the man, the Delhi Police have now sought help in finding the identification of the man.
In the tweet, DCP Metro said that whoever gives the details about the man in the picture, the users identity will be kept confidential.
After the video of man went viral on social media, and the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal issued a notice to the Delhi Police over the matter a case was registered against the man.

This man was performing obscene act in Delhi metro and he is now wanted in FIR NO.02/23 PS IGIA metro. Please inform SHO IGIA metro on 8750871326 or 1511 (control room) or 112 (police helpline). Identity of the informer will be kept confidential.

The disturbing video of the man was recorded inside the metro by another traveller and was shared on social media user.
In the video, the man can be seen watching something on his phone and masturbating on the Delhi Metro while the other passengers felt
A motu action was taken by the Police and a case was registered in this regard under section 294 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Following the incident, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), announced the deployment of flying squads inside the delhi Metro.
