
New Delhi: Kunal Kamra, who is famous for his standup comedy, invited a lot of criticism on social media for himself by sharing a distorted video of a boy singing a patriotic song to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The video was recorded when PM Modi was on a Europe visit. The father of the boy slammed Kamara for sharing the video and asked him to ”keep the poor boy out of your filthy politics”.
Kunal shared video on Twitter
Sharing the video on Twitter, Kunal Kamra wrote, ”Now who did this?” The morphed video shows the boy’s face has been replaced with a news anchor. Moreover, the voice of the boy is also changed with the dialogue of Hindi film.
The video was shared by Kamra on May 3. It has so far received over 16 thousand likes and over 2,500 retweets.

However, the boy father replied a day after on the platform. He wrote, ”He is my 7 year old son, who wanted to sing this song for his beloved Motherland . Though he is still very young but certainly he loves his country more than you Mr. Kamra or Kachra watever u are.”
”Keep the poor boy out of your filthy politics & try to work on your poor jokes,” he wrote further.

After seeing the father’s post, Kamra replied, ”The joke is not on your son, while you enjoy your son sing for his motherland to the most popular son, there are songs that he should listen to from people of his country also.”
