New Delhi: A heart-wrenching incident came to light from Uttar Pradesh which has sent shockwaves across the nation. A man in Hardoi district brutally murdered his 18-year-old daughter for having a love affair with a youth from the same village.
According to reports, the man reached area police station to report the cold blooded murder. He told the policemen that he has beheaded his daughter. The incident is of Pandetara gram in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh.
The Chowki in-charge was in utter shock over his claims and rushed a team of police personnel to the spot. They found the dead body of woman lying in a pool of blood.
Reports said that man named Sarvesh got whiff of their fling and accidently stumbled upon them in a compromising position. He got highly enraged and infuriated and attacked his daughter with a sharp equipment.

Police have launched probe in the incident and are recording statement of villagers.
