New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday (August 24) conducted raids in Bihar in alleged land-for railways jobs case.
CBI raided the residence of former RJD MLC Subodh Roy in Patna and RJD leaders Sunil Singh, Ashfaque Karim and Faiyaz Ahmad as well in connection with the alleged land-for-job scam.
Separately, searches are also being conducted by the CBI at multiple locations in Bihar and Ranchi in Jharkhand in its ongoing investigation in connection with illegal mining and extortion.
This comes after the interrogation of Pankaj Mishra who is MLA representative of CM Hemant Soren.
