New Delhi: The popular Kulhad Pizza couple from Punjab’s Jalandhar, which hogged the attention on social media with the alleged leak of their private & intimate video, has again come in spotlight. This time, a fresh controversy has again broken out over their family’s reaction on the infamous viral video.
Jalandhar’s Khambra based pastor Ankur Narula has also been dragged into the controversy, after slew of allegations by a woman protestor who sat on a hunger strike demanding action against the pastor & family for trying to ‘normalize scandalous conduct’ of the couple.
According to a leading local daily, the woman named Vineet Kaur today started demonstrating outside the DC office against the ‘obnoxious & vulgar’ remarks by Kulhad Pizza couple’s family and also the senior pastor.
The woman came out with posters condemning the vulgar remarks allegedly by Kulhad pizza owner Sehaj Arora’s mother. She accused Arora’s mother of shielding the Kulhad Pizza couple despite their highly offensive conduct. Notably, she also protested against the duo some days ago, outside the Police Station 4.
The protesting woman claims that after the distasteful & obscene video of the Kulhad Pizza couple went viral on the social media, his mother said that 70% of woman engage in such activity and there was nothing abnormal. Objecting to her remarks, the woman says that not just the couple but the whole family have abandoned their shame and are now trying to disgrace the entire women community.
The police had assured the woman of lodging a complaint based on her allegations. As no case has been filed, the woman stepped up her protest and today sat on hunger strike outside the DC office.
What catapulted Kulhad Pizza couple to fame
Kulhad Pizza couple shot to fame with their unorthodox pizza preparation. What started from a rented room grew up into a big restaurant business. The big faces of Punjab often visit their eating outlet. However, their private video leaked some days ago and made their infamous overnight.
The couple, facing harsh criticism, appealed to public for support and asked them not to share & forward. They also said that it was not their video but modified & doctored video via AI tools to malign & sully them.
A couple of arrests were made in the case, including two girls for their alleged role in leaking & circulating the viral video.
