New Delhi: A violent & ugly scuffle broke out in Delhi’s Indira Vikas Colony between a group of miscreants & Delhi police personnel.
The incident is reported to have taken place outside a police chowki in the area. The violent clash or rather harassment of cops by group of miscreants happened when the cops arrested two persons.
After the police nabbed 2 miscreants, latter’s associates engaged in clashes with the cops and created major havoc on the streets, leading to assembly of huge crowd.

The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. In the video, a couple of miscreants can be seen holding a policeman by collar while others creating major obstruction by hurling parked bikes on them.
The chaos broke out as the accused tried to escape from police custody.
More information is awaited but in the meanwhile, Delhi Police has initiated legal action in the case and has lodged case against some ruffians for creating ruckus.
