RIP NDTV trends on Twitter after Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika Roy resign from NDTV Board

New Delhi: Hashtag RIP NDTV, Ravish Kumar, Prannoy Roy, and Radhika Roy started trending on Twitter after NDTV co-founders Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika Roy resigned as directors from the Board of RRPR Holding Private Limited with effect from November 29.

In an exchange filing, NDTV said that the board of RRPR Holding has approved the appointment of Sudipta Bhattacharya, Sanjay Pugalia, and Senthil Sinniah Chengalvarayan as Directors on its board.

Soon several hashtags started trending on social media and Twitter users started sharing pics, captions, and memes with a hashtag. Some expressed happiness while some did not like it.
