Sanjeev Kapoor complains of cold Air India in-flight meal, Netizens react

“Really!!!” he added in a second tweet. “Is this what Indians eat for breakfast?”

New Delhi: Sanjeev Kapoor, a celebrity chef, slammed Air India for its in-flight food on Monday. The chef resorted to Twitter to speak about the cuisine he was offered on a flight from Nagpur to Mumbai. The chef claimed he was served cold chicken tikka with cucumber and watermelon, a sandwich with insignificant contents, and a dessert that was only “sugar syrup.”

He tweeted images of the meal, writing, “Wake up @airindiain. Nagpur-Mumbai 0740 flight. Sandwich with a little stuffing of minced cabbage with mayo, Sugar syrup Sponge coated with sweetened cream, and yellow glaze.”

“Really!!!” he added in a second tweet. “Is this what Indians eat for breakfast?”

Mr. Kapoor’s tweet has yet to be responded to by Air India.

Meanwhile, this has triggered the netizens to disagree with the fact that the chef has tweeted. Responding to his tweet, the micro-blogging users have trolled the star chef with savage replies. One of them has wrote, ” The day is not that far when the Airlines will have to carry gas, stove, microwave to serve the passenger’s taste and their foolishness. @SanjeevKapoor”.
