Passenger slams Indigo, says ‘Worst Flight Experience of his life’ Airline reacts

A passenger lost his cool when he was made to wait for seven hours due to which he missed his international flight. The man shared his ordeal through a post where he slammed the airline and called it the worst flight experience of his life.

New Delhi: A passenger lost his cool when he was made to wait for seven hours due to which he missed his international flight. The man shared his ordeal through a post where he slammed the airline and called it the worst flight experience of his life. The passenger also blamed the airline staff being disrespectful and non-cooperative as they didn’t allow him to cancel his ticket and book a fresh ticket so that he will be able to catch his international flight which he eventually missed. He accused the airline staff of misbehaving and rude. He said that the airline has zero respect for passengers time and money calling their tagline as bizzare and false advertising. Indigo’s tagline is ‘Always on time’.

Airlines response to the passenger

The airline then issued an apology note which reads that the airline had issued him a refund for his flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru and the airline regret the inconvenience.
