New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal come to the limelight due to an allegation by a Bhartiya Janta Party leader Pravesh Sahib Singh on Wednesday. Singh alleged in one of his tweets that being the CM of Delhi, Kejriwal took security from Punjab police officers.
However, the allegation was dismissed by the Punjab government. The government said there are not any commandos overseeing the security of Arvind Kejriwal.

He used to say, ‘will never take security, will end the VIP culture.’ Before the development, Kejriwal had 80 security personnel. Now Punjab government has given 110 commandos from Punjab government, 18 are deployed at his home, 10 are involved in the security of his family members,” read the translation of the Tweet.
