
Rajasthan Political Crisis: CM shok Gehlot, Congress leaders and party MLAs show victory sign, as they gather at CM's residence
New Delhi: Facing a revolt from his deputy Sachin Pilot, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today hit back with a show of strength at his official residence. About 90-100 are supposed to have attended Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meet at Gehlot’s residence, hinting that the scales have tilted in favour of the incumbent Chief Minister.
Ashok Gehlot has alleged BJP of conspiring to topple his government by indulging in horse-trading, a charge denied by the opposition party.

# Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot has not left the Congress, Chattisgarh Congress in-charge PL Punia clarified after claiming that “Pilot is now in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)”. Punia’s statement comes amid the intensification of the power struggle between Sachin Pilot and Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
