“Reflection of India’s speed and scale”: PM Modi after flagging-off Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Express

PM Modi today flagged off Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Express.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today flagged off Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Express in the presence of Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis.

He also inaugurated several development projects in Mumbai.

PM Modi said this is for the first time that two Vande Bharat trains have been launched. He said the trains will help in connecting financial centres like Mumbai & Pune to centres of devotion.

He also said the trains will also help students going to college and employees going to the office and it will also benefit farmers & devotees.

PM Modi Flags Off Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Express 

He flagged the two new Vande Bharat trains from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus.

The Mumbai-Solapur train is the ninth Vande Bharat train that was launched today.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw called the gift of two Vande Bharat together, that too being flagged off from historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. He said the work has begun to make this an International level terminus.
