Sexually assaulted by father when I was child: Swati Maliwal’s startling disclosures (VIDEO)

This comes days after actor & National Commission for Women (NCW) member Khushbu Sundar said on record that she was sexually harassed by her father.

New Delhi: Delhi Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal on Saturday made some explosive revelations about her father.

DCW chief said that she was sexually abused by her father when she was child.

“He used to beat me up and I used to hide under the bed,” DCW chief told mediapersons.

This comes days after actor & National Commission for Women (NCW) member Khushbu Sundar said on record that she was sexually harassed by her father.

“I was sexually assaulted by my father when I was a child. He used to beat me up; I used to hide under the bed. As a child, I used to plan how I would teach a lesson to such men who abuse women and children, and how I can help women get what they deserve,” Swati Maliwal said.

“He used to hold my hair and hit my head hard against the wall,” said Swati Maliwal while informing that she stayed with his father till Class four.

Maliwal reportedly made the startling disclosures at an awards function, organized by women’s commission to celebrate the struggle & success story of women who faced sexual harassment at some point in their lives.

“ I used to think & plan on how to teach such men a lesson for abusing & molesting women & children and how I can help women facing such circumstances,” she added.

Swati Maliwal became the DCW chairperson in 2015 after Aam Aadmi Party formed government in the capital. Her tenure was extended later.
