Shivling, Trishul & Sheshnag: More ‘proof’ emerges in Gyanvapi surveyor’s report

According to survey report accessed by media, several artifacts & structures belonging to Hindu faith have been found inside the mosque. Not just Shivling, Trishul & Sheshnag were also found to be inscribed on the walls of mosque.

New Delhi: While the Hindu & Muslim petitioners wrangle over Shivling & other findings in the Gyanvapi mosque videographic survey, fresh evidence have emerged from the disputed structure which embolden the claims of Hindu side.

According to survey report accessed by media, several artifacts & structures belonging to Hindu faith have been found inside the mosque. Not just Shivling, Trishul & Sheshnag were also found to be inscribed on the walls of Gyanvapi mosque.

The report says that a black structure was found in the water reservoir and it resembles a Shivling. A 4 feet black structure was found submerged in water, it said.

It also said that a white stone was found fitted on the top of black structure.

Two days ago, the discovery of Shivling inside the mosque reservoir already ignited debate over mosque built on the ruins of Vishwanath temple.

The Court Commissioner on Thursday submitted report of its findings during the three-day videography survey of Gyanvapi mosque complex. However, the proceedings of the Lower court have been put on hold by the Supreme Court till 3 PM tomorrow.
